Kapotnya, a distant district of Moscow, is presented through the eyes of a person who has never been there. Scraps of virtual information, posts from Vkontakte (russian Facebook) publics, recommendations from Yandex maps, best places for photos, posters for TV series — all of this make up an image of virtualized Kapotnya. A flag with a slogan made of pieces of people's virtual creativity.

https://makekapotnyagreatagain.ru is the site of Dilyara Minrakhmanova, the "Queen of Kapotnya," who lives in the neighborhood, makes an identity for it, merch, draws anime comics, creates tours of Kapotnya ecotrails, and is popular on Vkontakte. But nobody has even seen her and there is a rumor that her image is build by PR-department of area-forming oil refinery fabric.
